I think they made a mistake on their map (or hope they have).
I noticed the area removed for Bedford county in Pennsylvania, which is
covered by US Cellular (SID 1794 CDMA digital) on the America's Choice
plan. This is also the same SID in the eastern panhandle of West
Virginia. I think this is also the same SID for some of the western
parts of Maryland (I-68 corridor).
Justa Lurker's interpretation of PRL 50096 (version 3) still shows this
SID as Extended Network (my phone confirmed this a couple weeks ago when
I was driving in that area)
However, if it is now indeed roaming, I'm gonna have a whopping roaming
bill coming up in this month's bill since I regularly make calls there
when I'm travelling from Pittsburgh to Fredericksburg, VA!
I'm not sure what the SID is for northern West Virginia (western
panhandle or Morgantown area). I'm assuming its SID 364, which is also
listed on the current PRL as Extended Network.
Now Oregon and Washington states.. that's a whole different picture, as
I believe these SIDs were removed.
