VX4400 Firmware In Cincinnati OH

Dose any one know what verizon store I can get the firmware upgraded on my
VX 4400 phone? I have call all the stores I can think of in this area and no
one seems to know what firmware is and no one dose the updates for this
phone? If any one knows where I can go in the Cincinnati OH area do you know
what version of firmware that the store has???

Check out the Tri-County store. They are generally very good with technical
issues -- especially with LG phones.

Do you have the LG4400 phone? and were you able to get your firmware updated
in both the Western Hills and Tri_ County locations? Just want to make sure
