    I've lost a bookmark for a web site that had
    a way to look up cellular carrier by
    area code and the first three numbers
    of the phone number.

    It's NOT the NANPA site. I've tried that.

    Please DO NOT suggest I google this group.
    I know about doing that.

    I would just like the link to it.

    Would not that become an updating nightmare when number
    portability takes effect?
