is the speaker on the 8900 any good?

Wondering if the speakerphone is any good i am getting a late present and it
is the 8900 and i wanted it for the speakerphone.

If you want a speakerphone get the v60s. There is simply no comparison between
the two. Of course, this will only work if you can live without the color,
games, and frills of the 8900, cause the v60s (which I have) is most definitely
a no-frills phone.....but the speakerphone is the best there is.

I think it works good, no problems here. I did test it out before
buying it at a verizon store so maybe give that a shot and see if you
like it.

If it's as good as what was on the 9155 than it's useless in anything but a
library. Tried a 270c now THERE'S a speaker phone. Poeple here have said the
60s is as good as the 270. the 270 I had could be used in the car with
windows down.
