lg6000 how to email ringtones?

I tried to email a ringtone but the attachment does not show up.
how do you do this?

ok, I sent a ringtone to xxxxxxx@vzwpics.com
My phone rang...and I get message telling me I can veiw my pic from any
computer at http:www/xxx/xxxx/xxx
Why didn't the attachment go to my phone? Why can't I see it on my
phone???
