Mexico Roaming?

I am planning a trip to Cozumel here next month and I am wondering if I will
be able to get cell phone service there with my Verizon phone (LG 4400).
Are any Mexican networks in the AC PRL? Even if they are not in the PRL
will they allow my phone to associate and bill me some roaming rate with
Verizon? Or will it make me give a credit card number and go that way?

Verizon's web site is completely un-helpful. I can't find any mention of a
Mexican roaming rate, but I know that they do have some limited roaming
agreements there since they offer North America's Choice plans (which have
pitiful coverage areas in Mexico).

According to this there is CDMA coverage there.
