display not work lg4400

i upgraded my software at a verizon store this weekend. phone worked great for
a day and a half. today i have no display (inside screen only). anyone else
ever experience this problem? i have to call the store tomorrow. a local
retailer offered to send the phone in for replacement since its still under
warrentee but i think i get e refurbished phone and this phone less than a year
old!

If the phone is insured they may replace the phone

Your phone is used. Why should VZ give you a new replacement phone?

If it is under warrantee, you should not get a remanufactured phone. If it
is not under warrantee and you have the insurance coverage, then one would
expect a remanufactured phone.

Unfortunately, in both cases, warranty or not, you will get a
refurbished phone.
