#1 | | Guest | Has anyone ever succeeded in getting Verizon to "allow" them to pay the
same discounted price that new customers pay for a new phone if the
phone is less than one year-old? This is one of the things about Verizon
that really peeves me. My phone's screen is cracked, and they won't even
let me purchase the phone for the same price as a new customer ... even
if I commit to a 1 or 2 year contract. This all changes apparently at
the 1-year mark, when they will allow this.

Verizon? If they gave you or sold you a phone at a lower cost they may go
bankrupt.
