Tech Support

I have been using my cell phone as a modem for my laptop. I replaced
the hard drive in the notebook and had to reisntall all of the
software. After reinstallation the Verizon softwre could not find the
cell phone. With the help of two fine gentleman from Verizon tech
support we determined that Windoze was not finding the drivers that
were clearly there, so I reinstalled Windoze and that cleared the
problem, but in the mean time I lost service. Somehow, a number change
had been initated on my account! No one seems to know who did it, but
there are suppose to place my old number back in service. As of right
now, I'm still out of service.

Go figure!

Don't think so. The request was entered on the same record and at the
same time as my Tech Support call. I did talk to three different reps
on that one call.

Two days and another call to Tech support and my phone was working
again AND I can use my phone as a modem.

Cheers,
