Questions About Switching to VZW

I am currently a Nextel user who is thinking about switching to VZW, so I
have a few questions about VZW.

1.) Which phone is the best model? ( I have the i730 now. Want something
a little smaller, lighter,then the i730. also want a camera phone, mp3 or
wav ring tones, and dual color displays.)

2.) With the i730 I can upload to the phone my own ring tones and
wallpapers is this possible with any of the vzw phones?

3.) Which is the best plan for the money?
