"train" and "untrain" on LG phones

Hi, just got a vx3200 (had a vx3100 for years). I love the voice dialing
and recording and so forth, but there's a feature that has me totally
bewildered. You can "train" the phone to recognize two spoken words: "Yes"
and "No".. however, I can't for the life of me find out where or how to use
that in the working of the phone. That is, even though the phone now
understands when I'm saying yes or no, there's never any opportunity to
control the phone with the words yes or no! It seems to have no purpose
whatsoever. The manual, of course, does not explain this function at all.
Any ideas?

The words 'yes' and 'no' are used by you when the phone is not sure
which of two or more similar names you are trying to voice dial. It
will ask you "Did you say 'Bob Smith', to which you would reply 'yes'
or 'no'. If you reply 'yes' it will dial; if you reply 'no' it will ask
you if you said the next closest name...etc.
