option.
Of course the cable keeps snapping off, whenever people leave their
house. No doubt Comcast is working on a virtual cable, so they can
offer internet and VOIP in cars. Then they can really compete with the
Verizon Wireless and Verizon's fiber to the home. ... -

Now I see why a certain individual always declares that Cingular is a
much better choice. Cingular only has 3 times the complaints, almost
double the churn and gets fewer new customers. Or wait could it be the
fact that they have the slowest data network is what really makes them
much more attractive than VZW?

All that doesn't matter since they have really neat looking phones... ;-)

Yes, how could I missed the most important part that it is more
important to have cool features than the ability to reliably make calls...

and to get the babe in the passenger seat you... need
a really neat looking phone! there you have it.
And for proof: most VZW customers don't drive Ferraris

There may be some truth to that. Many of those that
have to have the cool features do not really care about
the phone calls. Take Xman for example...

The suspicion that this was on-topic did lurk in the recesses of my

Well, I left VZW because the network started not working. Missed calls,
poor conversations, and generally unreliable service on 2 different phones
in the same places it used to work. And it's a common complaint where I
work because we use Verizon for our cellphones. Their answer is always
*228. Well, BS - the network is overloaded, plain and simple.
Left for Cingular and couldn't be happier. Better rates, more reliable
network where I use my phone, and a cooler phone to boot. Couldn't be
happier and glad to be free from Verizon.
Cingular has been working great for me - we did have a few billing issues in
the beginning, but those were resolved quickly and without incident. Those
were back in Dec-Jan, which, given their phenomenal growth almost overnight
can be explained.
Things have been working great here and I'd bet if Cingular really wanted
more new customers they would lower the plan prices a little more and you'd
see them trouncing on Verizon again.

#13 | | Guest | The facts would indicate more people are finding Verizon to be the
superior company. Considering how many billions Cingular spent for
their extra customers, to lose them to churn, is a course to chapter
13. Cingular's one time growth was purchased not won in the market
place with superior service.
Cingular could pay me and I would still not go back, as there is zero
coverage in too many areas. Maybe Cingular cannot afford to pay roaming
charges unlike Verizon, which always provided coverage in 22 states
including nonzero interstate areas.7

threads that have nothing to do with me. Come on, you really must have some
thing better to do...like BONE your wife? Or should I say boyfriend, since
half of you are probably gay. Get a life will ya...and post some thing
constructive or productive for once, will ya? It's cell phone service. It's
