Receiving fax using a Vc3???

Hi All :-)

I'm able to send faxes connecting my Vc3 to an Imac20 via USB. but the
received shows like a bunch of lines and dots. I have tried different
fax modems from the list that the network setup offers. but always get
the same result. I was wondering if there is script out there so that
I can add something like a generic USB modem to the list.???
