I would ghost the system for a restore for a just in case.
Format drive, And reinstall OS. 1st thing to Install is SP-2 If XP OS then
After all Updates Installed, Install the verizon app and then the hardware.
If that still does not work then its the card.
Then your going to know If It's the OS, Verizon Software, Or the Hardware.
My bet is the OS
Never use Registry Mechanic. I've seen that mess up more then It fixes.
