Phone with Broadband and email?

I'd like a device with EVDO and Windows Mobile that is a phone and not a
PDA. I need wireless sync to Exchange for contacts, etc, like we can do on
the Treo 700w, but we don't want some big device with a QWERTY keyboard.

If you ever think about a phone rather than some un-named device, consider
the Motorola E815 with Mobile Web, I don't use wireless synch, but have a
Moto charging cradle with USB connection (so phone is charged when in
cradle, AND activesynch runs to synch contacts, calender, etc.. Big plus is
I always know where the phone is.. If off my belt, it's in the charging/data
cradle, and always fully charged) Worst case (and very slow) if away from
home, I can always synch remotely (in a limited way) using mobile web

A connector on the back of the charging unit allows for simultaneous data
and power pass through and synchronization when used with data accessories.
