Razr V3: reproducible security bug

I can finally post the sequence of events that will result in the unlock
screen being bypassed on the Razr V3, offering the user a fully functional
phone without having to enter the phone's passcode. This assumes you have
passcode protection on your phone:

1. Turn the device off.

2. Send the device an SMS message.

3. After waiting long enough that message to get to your device, turn the
device back on.

4. When the Unlock Screen displays, don't enter anything. Just wait until
the SMS message arrives.

The phone will no be unlocked with no user imput. This works with all
software versions for this phone.

That last paragraph should read like this:

The phone will *now* be unlocked with no user input. This works with all
software versions for this phone.

One note further, in case it matters. I have a Home Screen Banner consisting
of my cell phone number. The reason I mention this is that I used to find
that if I had a Greeting as well, the Unlock Screen never even displayed.
Getting rid of the Greeting solved that for the most part, but I would
still find my Unlock Screen bypassed sometimes but couldn't come up with a
repoducible sequence of events to prove it. Now I can.
