I'll bite, John. I called cingular.com and got forwarded to att
wireless. What's the URL of the streaming TV part? I see them selling 5
and 10 MB (not GB) for $40, but no streaming services at all. They got
old data plans with 5 and 10MB of "internet", which to a cellphone
company means "webpages only...pay for spam".

What's the URL of the streaming TV you get unlimited streaming on?

Media Max 200 is what I have.
    UNLIMITED Cellular Video
    UNLIMITED MEdia Net
    200 Messages

There's no Cellular Video in my area, and the "radio" is $9.95, so I don't
    ahve either of those.

Video URLs are built into the firmware of "3G" handsets (e.g., RAZR
V3xx). Radio URLs are documented on the sites of downloadable J2ME
    players.

Actually it does. The rebranding is far from complete. As in the
    carrier display on my V3xx.

No, silly! What's the URL where they're selling it. I find no mention
of any streaming service, whatsoever, on their webpage.

Is this full live streaming....or, as most of them are, just video CLIPS
of news broadcasts? They gotta sell 'em somewhere. Video URLs in the
firmware are CLIPS, not full streaming media.

    MEdia Net
    <http://www.wireless.att.com/learn/messaging-internet/media-entertainment/media-net.jsp>
    includes streaming.

    Clips are streaming. HBO Mobile
    <http://www.wireless.att.com/source/entertainment/hbo.aspx/> has full
    length episodes. Radio is live.

It says one line about TV, then it reverts into a per-kilobyte old
    cellphone data bull**** nonsense:

    "Purchasing
    Q. What pricing options are available for MEdia Net?

    A. You can pay-as-you-go ($0.01 per KB), or for the best value, sign-up
for a money-saving MEdia Bundle or MEdia Net package. Learn more about
the different MEdia Net packages by reviewing our MEdia Net plans.

    Q. Will I have to change calling plans to use MEdia Net?

    A. No, MEdia Net works with all current calling plans. However, you will
    need a MEdia Net-capable phone.

    Q. How do I add MEdia Net to my account?

    A. If you have a MEdia Net-capable phone, most likely MEdia Net pay-per-
use is already on your account. To begin, scroll to MEdia Net in your
phone's menu, select a category, and start browsing.

You can also add a money-saving MEdia Net package online. If you have
additional questions about adding MEdia Net to your account, call
Customer Care at 1-866-463-6272 or dial 611 from
    your wireless phone.

    Billing
    Q. Am I using my voice plan's minutes when I access MEdia Net?

    A. No, you are not using your plan's minutes. MEdia Net is only billed
    for kilobyte usage.

    Q. How will MEdia Net usage charges appear on my bill?

    A. MEdia Net usage charges will appear on your bill in the call detail
section as "Data Volume" charges with a feature description of "MEdia
    Net."

    Q. Will I pay roaming fees when using MEdia Net outside of my calling
    area?

    A. No, when using MEdia Net outside of your coverage area you will not be
charged roaming fees for GPRS usage.

    Q. How is MEdia Net usage billed?

    A. MEdia Net usage is billed in kilobytes.

    Q. What are megabytes and kilobytes?

    A. Megabytes (MB) and kilobytes (KB) are standard units of measure for
data sent and received. MEdia Net is billed based on kilobyte usage.

    Q. How many kilobytes are used for a typical task using MEdia Net?

    A. Actual usage will vary, but typical MEdia Net tasks examples are as
    follows:

    MEdia Net Usage Samples

    Example Usage
    Check Email 4 KB
Check a Sports Score 6 KB
    Check Weather Forecast 8 KB
Read a News Headline 10 KB
    Download a Ringtone 16 KB
    Download a Game 120-150 KB
    Download a Music Tone 120 KB "

It DOESN'T say anything about continuous streaming of TV.....or anything
    else for that matter!
