I have an 05 RX330. I could enter phone numbers into the phone book
but not names - which was not worth it. Spoke to the technical lead
at Lexus, he offered to transfer a 'few numbers' for me using a
GSM
phone. I happened to have one (for overseas use) so I just
transferred my more frequently used numbers (about 25) of them.
I believe that newer Luxus models allow phone book transfers with
Verizon - the Lexus site has a list of compatible phones and services
and what each can do (including phone book transfer). I would start
with that.
