Anyone using Tmobile DASH?

I changed from Sidekick II to T-Mobile DASH. I was told that I can't
move my emaill XX...@tmail.com to DASH but to use hotmail. yahoo.
gmail, etc.
Still possible? I looked at http://www.t-mobile.com/

So I am using my @verizon.com email. Wondering if the Verzion email
can go straight to DASH instead of dowloading them?

I don't have a dash, but I thought it could do pop mail?
