Need hardware advice for specific cell use

All,
I have need for a cell phone for a very specific business application:

It needs to be web-enabled
It needs to have high resolution or a larger screen for easy reading
It needs to have the ability to have a barcode scanner/reader attachment
similar to the Symbol PSM20i (which is being discontinued)

Any suggestions (obviously the cheaper the better) appreciated.
