Require PIN for outgoing calls?

Hi,


I'd like to set my Nokia 3395 so that a PIN is needed to make outgoing
calls. Is this possible?

Currently, when the phone is switched on (which it normally is, so that
I can receive calls), anybody who gets their hands on my phone can make
long distance calls for a good while until I can report the phone
stolen and have it blocked.


I don't see any such thing in the manual - any ideas, anyone?
