You can read clearly on their site that their specifications on that Pda
profile don't fit with the 'facts' presented by the customer .The guy
has every right to sue. When things like this hapenn ...it's the
'confutation' time in the court.

You can sue a jar of pickles for being green too, it has to hold up in
court to be of any consequence though. Frankly, I'm weary of hearing all
the bluetooth whining, it really isn't the slickest thing to come our way
like it is purported to be.
