How to ID our cell tower?

We have one cellular tower right outside our little town of St. Joseph,
IL. Anyone know how I can find out whose it is or what I would need to
buy - or not buy - to access it? Or would this make no difference to my
reception? Thanks - cmb

If you have a cell phone and it is on the carrier (or one of the carriers)
on the tower, then you don't need anything else.

A lot of times each carrier will put a sign on the gate that says in case of
emergency call -

Call each of the 800 numbers and if it is a carriers 800 number their
automated attendant will probably tell you right away which carrier it is.
