Treo vs. blackberry

can i assume that both treo 6XXs and the blackberry models 7750 amd 7250
allow for

- browsing to multiple hotmail accounts
- browsing to mapquest or similar service
- AOL and MSN Instant Messaging?

im on verizon, btw, but would be willing to move over if you can convince me
of a better coverage plan (i drive all over the east--from maine to
tennessee to both florida coasts but residr in hideous northern VA...
