Track in what way? Do you want to find its location?
In the US, I know of only one carrier that allows this, and that's Nextel.

Of course, there are limitations. The phone has to be turned on and not
in a call for the locator to work. IIRC, it also isn't very accurate if
the phone is inside of a building or otherwise has its GPS reception
blocked, but does work fine if the phone is in a car or outdoors. It's
also $15 a month extra ($20 if you want to throw in text messaging).
