Samsung E730 - MAjor shortcomings

This phone is highly rated in Asia but after getting it, it is not as
good.We immediately realised its' short-coming:

1. the phone is designed to only letting the users to use the contacts in
the phone memory. It does not allow us to backup the data onto the SIM card.

2. It has copy function to copy from SIM card to phone memory only but not
the other way round.
