looking for expert

I have a new idea for cellphones. Everyone I have told says it is
good, and I have a patent attorney working on it. My problem is that
I am not very technical. I am looking for someone (hopefully in the
Boston area) who has lots of technical experience that would be
willing to help me develop hte idea. Is there anyone out there?
