LG PM-325 help, PLEASE, lots of info to assist in helping

Hi, I have the LG PM-325 through Sprint as well, and I was wondering if
anyone could tell me how to get the IMEI number from it? It's not behind the
battery, and *#06# does not work. I found something through fiddling with
the following:

##786# (##RTN#) - Life Timers, Phone Reset
##3282# (##DATA#) - 3G Data Provisioning
##33284# (##DEBUG#) - Debug/Field Test Menu
##288# (##BTV#) - Bluetooth Version
##477# (##GPS#) - GPS Configuration

called an IMSI number, which is 15 digits, but it's just a 5-digit number and
then my phone number. Is that it? I found it in the ##786#. What is the
difference between IMSI and IMEI? Will

My eventual goal is to use a Verizon's Samsung i700 pda phone on Sprint
services. Does this mean I will not be able to do it? Someone please help,

If it's not a Sprint "approved" phone, they're not gonna activate it.

There is not an IMEI number on any Sprint phone, they are ESN's. IMEI are
only found on GSM and iDen phones that take a SIM card. Also if it doesn't
say Sprint on the handset they will not activate it.
