Switch from T-Mobile to Sprint?

I am probably going to
switch my mobile phone from a T Mobile personal account to a Sprint PCS
business account, and from a cheapo phone to a Treo 650.

But T Mobile has highest customer satisfaction, and Sprint is down the
list
somewhere.

My concerns are:

1) how often will I have to roam while traveling -- including regional
travel
in New England -- is it really that different?

2) how much worse is the customer service, Sprint vs. T-Mobile?

3) will I lose more calls with Sprint, have worse reception?

Anybody make this switch (either way) and have some answers?
