phone + gps + j2me

hey all, am interested in developing with the location api (j2me- jsr
179) and wondered which phones people are using for this. i know the
motorola iden series supports this on the nextel network but have heard
iden support may go away given the sprint merger. are there any other
phones i should look at? ideally, i'd like to have one that can also
do pictures.
