transfer phone numbers from sim to phone

Hi,

I have an unlocked samsung e715 phone w/tmobil, and I just got a locked
razr from cingular. All my old numbers are on my tmobil sim card. i
want to transfer them over to my new phone, so the best way for me
would be for me to be able to transfer my numbers from m tmobil sim to
the samsung phone and then transfer them over from my samsung phone to
my cingular sim.

so my question is, in my samsung phone how can i transfer my numbers
from the sim to the phone? i know that i could individually transfer
each number over, but that would be a while.. anyone know if i can do
this in one shot w/the samsung e715?
