I want to sell an add-on to T-Mobile, Verizon etc.

I have a powerful add on service that cell phone users would definitely
pay for but I have no tech knowledge about how to integrate public
information into a format that can display on cell phones. Any
suggestions about how I can partner up with someone would be great,
especially if they lived in the Los Angeles area like myself. Thanks!
