Phone that syncs with Outlook?

I want to find the least expensive phone that I can sync with Outlook. So I can have access to my Contacts and Calendar. Can anyone recommend something? I'm leaning towards Cingular or Sprint as a provider, and if possible would like to purchase the phone from them.

snyched with my office and home outlook
