    5 minutes call cost 5 rupees. But I can access net for 24 hours in 5
    rupees on my cell through GPRS. I am using line to access server. Then
    why cost more for call?

    I suspect that carriers who offer cheap GPRS do it by prioritizing the
    traffic below that of voice traffic, so you're essentially only using
    their spare capacity.
