good SIM solution for Ukraine?

Can someone recommend a good SIM-card solution for travel to the
Ukraine? Both T-mobile and Cingular charge about $3.00/min for
roaming there.

Thanks.

You may want to get a pre-paid SIM while in the US from here:
http://www.telestial.com/products/ukraine_sim.htm - it should be usable
right off the plane. Just buy refills when you need them.

Alternatively, if you speak Russian or Ukrainian (or the party you are
traveling to does), you may want to buy one locally - I suspect it would
cost you even less. If you are interested in buying locally I can check
with my friends in Ukraine and provide you more details on specifics and
pricing.
