Nokia 3560/ATT: SIM Card?

Just found one of these things in the trash.

Good battery, but I cannot find the SIM card - which is under the battery on my
other Nokia phones. Also has a voice recorder feature that my 3595 lacks.

Is there one hiding somewhere?

Also, above the battery there is a black button about 1/8" in diameter that does
not spring back when pressed. Some sort of interlock for the physical
components?

I believe it's a TDMA phone, and has no SIM. You can find the manual and
other info on the Nokia website. Google Nokia 3560.
