It's relevant because standing behind their merchandise doesn't cost
them a whole lot. Even if it's not their own brand, they have the
leverage with the manufacturer to get a credit.

It's annoying to see a store be obstinate about a return when doing the
right thing wouldn't cost them much, if anything.

Well, you snipped a paragraph out of the middle of the
post. What do you expect? Should I make sure to use
some keywords in each sentence? This had to do with
buying and the return policy on cell phones. Cell phones
sold with VZW service. When you could return them and
under what conditions.

And shouldn't you practice what you preach?
