GPRS Static IP Address Options?? Anyone have that facility?

Hi all,

I am looking for some information about GSM providers in the US and
Canada that can offer a static IP address for my GPRS application?
Basically I want to connect to a remote PC which has a GPRS modem, one
is in the US and the other is in Canada. I notice that Cingular (see
the like below) do something like this but at an additonal $84 USD per
monther per account its a little out of my budget.
