How do I disable my voice mail? My phone is Nokia 1100, provider is
Tracfone. I'm in the 845 area code.

The best way is to cease paying for the voice mail service. :-)
Tracfone's voice mail is a fee-based service that must be set up by
calling the Tracfone business (according to my Tracfone manual).
Somewhere along the line the phone number your cell phone uses
(presumably) was set up for, and was paid for, voice mail (presumably
by you).

Re: Disable Voice Mail
Thanks for your reply. Voice mail service is included at no extra
charge so the option you suggested is invalid. Thanks again.

You might be able to contact Tracfone and ask them to turn off the
option as you don't want it. Verizon does it, so I can't see how
Tracfone wouldn't. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. You might also see
if you can go into it from a landline and disable it yourself.

The answer is still the same though, call the provider and have them
disable it. Whether you pay extra isn't really relevant, it should
still be possible for them to disable it.
