Better headset?

I have Nokia 3210 and a wire OEM headset which plugs in to the phone.

It works nicely, except that when you keep your phone in the pocket, it
inevitably tends to tangle up and when someone calls, takes time to
untangle.

The other huge problem half the time, it unplugs itself from the phone.
So it constantly needs to be plugged in and untangled.

I would like a head set which is an integral part of the design, not an
after-thought such as this wire. I prefer Nokia "candy bar" phones.
