Moved - how to change phone number

Hello,

My question is... I moved from Illinois to Alabama. My cell phone
(Cingular) numbers are Illinois numbers. Can I have them changed
through Cingular to Alabama numbers? If so, is there a fee related to
the switch?

The cost is $10 for every mile you moved. So, if your move was 300
miles, the cost will be $3000.
