I would like to transfer the phonebook contents from my phone to my PC,
as a backup. I have an LG VX3300 with verizon service. I got this
backup software, DataPilot from Susteen, and it didn't work. I tried
every troubleshooting suggestion. What else can I do? We actually
have 3 phones like this at work, and I'd rather not pay a fee for each
one to Verizon to do it for me.
Thanks,
Peter

If the phones are GIN enabled, try backup assistant. $1.99 per phone per
month to back up the phone.
If you ever get a new phone just d/l the backup assistant to the new phone
and
sync the phone and it'll put your address book on the new phone.
