Tracfone voice mail not working

Got a tracfone last Nov. Service has been great so far, however the voice
mail that I setup months ago stopped working. I get messages that a voice
message has been left, but when I go to listen, I get a couple beeps and
silence. I called and left myself a message from the land line and have the
same result. Anyone else run into this?

About 2 weeks ago I got a text message on my
TracFone Nokia 1100 (Cingular network).
Cingular's old voice mail system would be turned
off in few more days. Then was directed to
login before a certain date to switch
it over to the new voice mail system and delete
old save messages.

Your problem is either something like this,
else I would call TracFone customer service
and ask them to reset your voicemail password.

Last resort: Go to your carrier website and read
their procedure for setting up voice mail.

I have to call. I tried the website instructions and its the same old Beep
Beep beep and nothing.
