Clint,
There is no worry. The high frequency signal of the cellular
transmitters will pass through the new towers as if they weren't
there. In some cases, the carriers actually use these large
electrical transmission towers for their antennas, the two are
quite compatible. You might get a new carrier serving the area
from one the towers.
