SMS Gateway or Turnkey Solution?

Hi Folks,

I am looking for a service where I can allow my website users to send
an sms to someone and then get a response from the person who recieved
the sms. So basically I need a two way sms service. For example if
someone on a website sends his friends a question through a sms message
the friends should be able to reply with an answer then the original
sender can go to a webpage and see the results from all the answers
from his friends.

Anyone have any suggestions on any possible solutions?

You're probably need a GSM modem based solution. There are both open
source and and paid solutions, try the following links:
