Q.931 to rtsp Converter

Hi,

If this is the wrong group to ask this question, then apologies. I am
setting up (or trying to) streaming video feeds to mobiles. I have
setup the Darwin Stream server and I can stream feeds fine to videolan
and quicktime.

However I need to stream them to mobiles and the way this has been
explained to me is that mobile streaming can work in the same way as
video calls. Except you are calling a server which converts the q.931
messages received from initiating the call, then streams back the video
the to mobile.

So does anyone know of software that will do this, in allowing an rtsp
stream to be sent to a mobile??? Was hoping that a project like
asterisk would but it isn't in there.
