Which Carriers Offer Free Call Forwarding?

Some carriers don't have a surcharge for calls that are forwarded, you just
use plan minutes. Others have a surcharge for each minute of the forwarded
call, in addition to charging you minutes under your plan.

Anyone know which carriers have the most favorable terms for customers who
need regularly to forward calls from their cell phones to other lines?

Cingular charges by time for forwarded calls (no surcharge). However,
if the forwarded number is long distance they will obviously charge
that back.

Rogers gives you 1000 free call forwarded minutes per month, plus
applicable overpriced long distance charges.
