I am thinking of switching to T-M. Going by aa.com, I get some AA
miles. However, the signup page also asks for any coupons or promotion
code one may have. I have none. I was wondering somebody could kindly
direct me to those or sites where I might find them. Every little bit
helps. Thanks.

T-Mobile is the successor to VoiceStream, who bought out Omni-Point
among others. It is USA only. However T-mobile is owned by Deutche
Telekom, so they are active under other names in other parts of the
world.

absolutely not: it's the other way around, DT re-branded VoiceStream because
they were already using the T-Mobile brand everywhere else.

Well, no...
