Survey on Mobile location/shared calendar apps

Hello

I'm carrying out a survey on a proposed mobile phone location aware shared
calender application, with the aim of determining users privacy preferences.

I've just posted the questionaire on :

Its 28 questions. If necessary please give any answer to Q14 as it should
be optional on result of Q13.

Hugh, what's your
VISA or Mastercard number so we can charge our time to it, properly?

Everyone here only fills out surveys if we can charge them on a per-survey
basis, as is only fitting for you wasting our time for your personal
gain....

We also accept prepaid PayPal accounts if you have one charged up. If
that's inconvenient, you can arrange for a pre-survey electronic fund
transfer into each of our accounts, but the credit card transfers are still
best.

Our rates, by the way, are very reasonable for commercial surveys, at EU499
per hour with a 2-hour minimum charge per completed survey form.

Please advise us of your payment option.....
