Well, every month you won't have the activation fee or the deposit.
Speaking of which, do you have lousy credit? I've had cell phones from about
5 different companies over the years and never had to pay a deposit.

All those stupid surcharges, taxes and fees are there every month, just like
on the regular landline bill. Very annoying.
